I had a great experience with the agent Mr Cheng’s service. I was helping my friends to book a tour. He is always available (even on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day that i had to call him because of flight delay ). He patiently answered all of my questions and cares about customer’s concerns. I’m very much impressed with his kindness, communication, fast pace and passion to serve his customers.
